Writing a book is hard. A second set of eyes and ears can make all the difference in the world. If you don’t have that resource available to you, you may want to attend our virtual lunch this Thursday, December 7, at 12 noon EDT.

Author and writing coach Seth Harwood will be on hand, mostly to eat, but also to meet fellow authors and other work from home professionals. He’s been guiding yours truly in recent weeks and I can vouch for the difference it’s made in my work. I feel confident he can help you, too. Even if it’s a simple conversation over lunch.

To attend the lunch is quite simple, just reply to this email. That’s it.

Look forward to seeing you.

Listening to your kids’ music in reverse

Watch these Gen Z listen to Bob Seger’s “Turn the Page” for the first time. Then think about the face you make when you listen to a current song your kid plays.

Or, maybe our generation’s music was so good even today’s youth like it.

You decide!

Inspiring quote of the week
