š§ Brain food and lunch
Improve your brain health and memory; plus, what Kristen Bell's home office looks like in our paid version.
Diet plays a big part in functioning well while working from home. Relax, people. Diet simply means the stuff you eat, not that you have to lose weight. And for that, incorporating foods that enhance brain health is key.
What are those foods?
Turns out that there are some pretty tasty items that comprise that list. An article from Healthline.com cites these foods for enhancing brain health and improving memory:
š« Blueberries
š„¦ Broccoli (a fav)
ā Coffee (the fav)
š Oranges
š« Turmeric (a tasty spice to add to any number of things)
Okay, some foods suck (e.g. fatty fish). Still, thereās enough there to make ābrain foodā a staple of your diet at every meal.Ā Check it out.
