Captain Sweatpants sets the fashion stage and more
Has wearing sweatpants to work become fashionable?
The lead for today’s My HOH was going to be YouTube and it’s premium membership. Then I stumbled onto this, an advertisement for a “A more stylish alternative to sweatpants.”
For $108.
Captain Sweatpants, the oft-mentioned character from the comic book store on Big Bang Theory, you have arrived.
In reality, it’s a testimony to all of us who do work from home. People want to be that comfortable at work and are willing to pay for it. Are you?
YouTube Premium downloads
I effed up. I deleted a video for a client who now wanted the file. Thankfully, it was on YouTube. It meant upgrading to YouTube Premium, which you could do for free for three months. Okay, we can do that, right?
Only it didn’t solve the problem, at least when using Google Chrome. When you click a video to download, it goes to your downloads folder on YouTube—NOT your hard drive. So, it’s not much different than creating a playlist. Same thing on Microsoft Edge. Thank goodness for:
Firefox!
There, downloading a video goes directly to the folder of your choice. Problem solved.
Check out how to do it in the video below.
