Don't work hungry
Avoid unhealthy eating habits while WFH. For the paying folks, a strategy on sitting/standing while working from an ergonomics specialist.
Working hungry, like shopping hungry, is something you want to avoid as it can lead to eating whatever you get your hands on. Unless you are prepared for the hunger.
Why it matters
When you eat, you want fuel. Many who “work eat” tend to binge and ingest whatever food is in sight. Depending on what food that is can impact more than your workday but your overall health.
