You don’t have to be a Picasso to draw. Especially if you’re not looking for your drawing to hang in an art gallery or even make it to your Mom’s fridge. It’s simply a way to let your hair down without letting the day go. And everybody can do it!

Five minutes to a cleaner house
Your stretch breaks provide an incredibly opportunity to clean overlooked parts of your home.
Why it matters
Most overlooked places or items in your home take five minutes or less to clean. So, what if you used one of your stretch breaks during your work day to tidy up a bit? Even if it’s just one a day you could see and feel a measurable difference.

Showerhead challenge
