Why it matters
Many people don’t even know what emotional intelligence is. And there’s a large perception it can only be developed by overcoming some sort of adversity (e.g. death in the family, sickness or physical limitation, etc.)

What the ruck?
My reaction upon learning how wearing a 20-lb. rucking vest while I work could provide a number of benefits.
Why it matters
Anxiety plagues many people who work from home. Quite accidentally, yours truly discovered that wearing a rucking vest could reduce anxiety and increase productivity.
Going deeper
Much like gravity blankets that have become popular in recent years, the rucking vest provides a similar effect. And if you happen to keep the vest on for an hour or so and you perhaps take a short walk with it on, you can get more of a workout. This increases calorie burning and also gives you a nice boost of energy to keep you going throughout the workday.
