'Hip' to be on TikTok

Why it matters
When you sit 8-10 hours a day, taking care of your knees and hips is critical. So when you find things that work, the source doesn’t matter as much.

Conclusion
TikTok is still a time-suck and largely a cesspool. The hack here is to find what you’re looking for and bail as quickly as possible. Download those videos rather than bookmarking them on the app. That way, you’re not visiting TikTok as often and risking getting sucked in.
