How We Feel matters
How We Feel app enables you to check in and offers action items, if needed, to address your mood
WFH folks talk about time management a lot. Mood management is just as important. That’s what makes the How We Feel app an important addition to your productivity apps.
HWF (same letters as WFH, pretty cool). Works like this. You check in to one of four quadrants. Yellow, Green, Blue or Red.
Based on that selection, you choose a word that describes the mood in more detail. If you’re not doing so hot, HWF then recommends an activity. Those are typically explained in short videos.
After the activity, you have the opportunity to either record or write down notes.
The free HWF app works only on your phone and you can download from Google Play or the App Store.

Working better when working from home
The HOH—AKA Joe D’Eramo—recently appeared on the Water Trough podcast for small businesses.
He spoke on a number of WFH and small business topics. Here’s a quote:
A lot of business owners look at marketing as a chore. It's considered overhead unless it brings in certain dollars ASAP. Marketing is a long-term commitment “I'm going to do these things…a press release every quarter; a newsletter every month or every week; posting multiple times per week on social media.” Unfortunately, there's a lack of commitment on the part of many small business owners to do that.
