I wrote a book on Saturday. It took an hour.
The online platform that made it possible: Designrr
You can do that with the right platform. Mine is Designrr. Creating an ebook/lead magnet is a simple as selecting a template and then loading in the urls of a few blog posts and/or copying and pasting copy. And that’s how I was able to produce A Healthy Stance on Standing Desks on Saturday morning.
The ebook consists of the two My Home Office Hacks newsletter articles on standing desks and the comments of writers who use standing desks that I did not include in the articles. That’s it. You can view the flip book version by clicking the button below.
Designrr is very easy to use. And you can buy the lower end platform for as little as $27. Here’s a video that explains how Designrr works.
There are a number of writers and marketers among My HOH subscribers. If you’re interested in writing and producing your own ebook, Designrr is an easy way to get it done. Best of all, you can save it in the formats needed to upload your ebook as a Kindle on Amazon.
If you want to read some of my more in-depth comments on Designrr, check out this review I wrote.
But what about…J.R. Heimbigner Writes
Speaking of self-publishing, J.R. Heimbigner’s Substack, J.R. Heimbigner Writes, offers a ton of great insights for those looking to self-publish and profit (believe me, folks, there’s a big difference). Check out his newsletter by clicking the button below.

Thanks for the Designrr review. It's been coming across my FB feed a bunch and I was wondering about it. For 27 bucks, its a small investment if I don't like it.
Thanks for the shout! I really appreciate it and love your content! Great use of Designrr. I love it, but don’t use it too much. I like their 3D modeling though.
