I forgot to celebrate National Coffee Day
My Home Office Hacks misses National Coffee Day on Sept 29. Makes amends on International Coffee Day, October 1 with the Coffee Detective.
If My Home Office Hacks had a banner or family crest, it would feature a coffee pot. So it’s with deep shame to admit yours truly dropped the ball on Friday, September 29.
The only saving grace being that yesterday, October 1, was International Coffee Day. Since we have an international audience—My HOH is read across 44 states and 92 countries—I was sort of hoping for a pass. Maybe not.
To make amends, here’s a great website by legendary copywriter Nick Usborne. It’s called Coffee Detective and offers some great tips on selecting the best coffeemaker for your home.
So, what brand of coffee are you drinking today? Please share below.

Got a colleague who ask you how to do something online over and over? Scribehow, a simple Google Chrome extension, saves your work for the next time.
How many times does a colleague or co-worker start a sentence with, “How do you…”. And then you go through the process of walking them through it, either by phone or drafting a time-consuming e-mail. Scribehow enables you to create a short video with written instructions. Check it out.

But what about…WFH with 2 Guys
If My Home Office Hacks was a podcast and yours truly was two people, it might sound a lot like WFH and 2 Guys.
Hosts Benny Carreon and Dennis Jackson, two long-time WFH professionals, began their podcast during the pandemic. The two friends had known each other for quite some time and often shared ideas and commiserated about the challenges of working from home. They thought it might make a good fodder for a podcast. They were right. Check them out on the link below.
